Abstract

While this casebook does not (and cannot) present every issue in energy law, its approach is to embrace many of the practical challenges and problems energy law faces into the next decade by drawing out the recurring themes across multiple resources. If students can develop an appreciation for the richness and adaptation of the recurring themes across multiple energy resources and technologies, they will be well equipped to adapt to the new challenges they will face as energy lawyers in the coming decades.
