Abstract

When she was fourteen, Chinese adoptee Nora Leonard's parents sent her to New Jersey for Spencer International's weeklong adoptee summer camp. Four years later she is invited to be a counselor for the camp's last year. She say no. Two months later, after the camp ends, the camp director is arrested as a suspect in the death of a camper. The Nora wakes up on the day she received the invitation.
