Abstract
This paper will call upon three types of information to express current thought in how Leadership occurs (or should occur in the Church setting. These two different sources are 1) an accumulation of two local Pastors' thoughts and ideas gathered from two separate interviews the I conducted, and 2) my experiences and insights as I have dealt with leadership in this setting over the course of my life-time, but more specifically in the last four years.
