Abstract
One of the organic as well as universal functions of business is the transfer of goods from the producer to the consumer. This function, called distribution, is a vital factor in the economic structure of society, for it enters into the affairs of every business and touches the life of every community.
There has been very little written on the subject of the teaching of marketing, and it is hoped that this thesis will aid in the furthering its advancement both by a stimulation of interest in the subject and by clarifying certain existing details about which there are very little present data.
