Abstract

The greatest problem facing the world today is that of attaining a proper distribution of productive power, both within nations as well as between them. It is one that has been with us for the past sixty or so years; and our inability to arrive at a proper solution to it bas already involved us in one momentous war, and threatens to do so again. Knowledge of past economy development reveals this; a close examination of our present economic impasse substantiates it.
