Abstract
This video follows the GTASO GIS Workshop held in Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios, Peru. The week-long workshop was held between July 1 to July 5, 2019 and the team produced a suite of thematic maps (referenced in the video), which show various socio-environmental dimensions of the Southwestern Amazon shared by Brazil and Peru. The workshop was funded by the PanAmerican Institute of Geography and History, the University of Richmond, and the National University of San Antonio Abad - Cusco.
