Description
When Dean Edmonds was hired, he said his focus would be on the Law Library and expanding its size. He did just that. Under his administration, the School of Law increased its faculty size from 13 to 19 full time members, the size of the Law Library staff increased, a placement office was created, the Law School building underwent a renovation and expansion, and the scholarship program increased exponentially. His last endeavor before he left after ten years as acting Dean was to implement the popular summer program in Cambridge. This summer program for law students and professors is still running today thanks to Dean Edmonds' vision of expanding the University of Richmond School of Law brand.
