Abstract

If Professor Graham's arguments be accepted, the outlook for Germany undre the Dawes plan is reasonably bright and with the consequent disposal of the troublesome question of reparations should benefit the allied nations to a marked degree. But as yet, there is much uncertainty as to the final outcome.
