Abstract
A crucial element of leadership is decision-making. Decision-making itself is a widely researched topic, especially as it pertains to the management of formal organizations and political organizations. Almost all researchers have in their decision-making process a specific step that involves information gathering. From the amount of attention it receives it can be concluded that information-gathering is crucial to decision-making.
