Global Business Law: Principles and Practice

David Frisch, University of Richmond

Co-authored with Raj Bhala

Abstract

Global Business Law is designed for "International Business Transactions" (frequently abbreviated as "IBT"), which is sometimes called "International Business Law." Authors Frisch and Bhala explore the increasing popularity of multinational corporations (MNCs), arguing that these are as — if not more — important actors in the global community than all but a handful of foreign national governments.
