Abstract
In corporate litigation and dispute resolution, discovery is often a significant undertaking for both the producing and requesting parties. Each party’s approach during discovery is usually guided by considerations regarding efficiency and accuracy during the process. One area of discovery in which parties prioritize these considerations is the implementation of predictive coding.
