Description
James H. Barnett Jr., attended University of Richmond School of Law from where he graduated at the head of his class in 1917. Mr. Barnett went on to become the Secretary/Administrator of the Evening Law School program in 1922. Even though not technically a Dean, James Barnett did most of the administrative work, was a full time member of the faculty and the Secretary of the Law School until his retirement in 1968.
