“Addressing climate change impacts and achieving economic stability and national security are all tied to developing sustainable energy sources. The United States and Virginia continue to grapple with how best to regulate energy sources and how to achieve energy independence. This conference brings together experts from federal and state government, industry, leading law firms, non-profits, and academia to explore the current regulatory environment and discuss possible solutions to energy issues in Virginia and the United States.” – Program mailer
