The growing issues of toxic waste nationally and internationally are changing the face of tort law, environmental law, real estate and property law. This Allen Seminar addresses this broad subject by targeting an identifiable group of citizens and their governments presently affected by the full range of toxic waste issues. This year, the Allen Chair scholars teamed with Professor Nancy Collins in teaching "The Legal Frontiers in Toxic Waste: The Special Issues of Toxic Waste in Indian Country."
