Abstract
The number of teachers to change positions each year because or heavy loads is hard to determine. The writer believes there is some relationship between the two factors, load and turnover, and has attempted to set forth in this thesis the problem: "What is the Relationship Between Certain Factors or Teacher Load and Teacher Turnover?".
