Abstract
This book is a manual concerned with the principles and problems of oral industrial communications. The content is designed for use by the Maintenance Department, Spruance Plant, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and company, Richmond, Virginia. The focus of the writing is basically in the area of lower supervision which includes salaried engineers, scientists, foremen, and men in the two levels immediately above the fore- men.
