Abstract
One form of generally available bankruptcy relief is "reorganization" under Chapter 11. These materials focus primarily on Chapter 11. Through the use of original textual notes, problems, law review excerpts, actual forms, and reported cases, this book covers the six stages of a Chapter 11 proceeding: (1) Commencement of a Case, (2) Operation of a Business, (3) Preparation of the Plan, (4) Creditor Acceptance of the Plan, (5) Judicial Confirmation of the Plan, (6) Post-Confirmation Concerns.
