“Each year the Allen Chair edition of the Law Review focuses on a legal issue of local and national interest. This year's publication, which marks the fifteenth anniversary of the Allen Chair, focuses on the importance of continued discourse on the death penalty. Today's panels were assembled as a compliment to the publication and we hope that you find the panelists' knowledge and experience insightful. The Law Review believes this event and the Allen Chair edition will be a valuable addition to the existing discourse and literature on the death penalty.” –from the event program
